Tony fills in and sends every Contact Form 7 form on both websites at each slot, then reports the result here. “Received in inbox” is the full pass.

Latest health check

Run by each website’s own server at each slot: the mail settings of every form, plus one tagged test email through the website’s mail system. It submits no form.

Run history

For each slot: the website’s health check, and whether Tony’s submission report arrived (flagged if not within 2 hours). A health check may start up to 6 hours late; after that the slot is Missed and Matt is emailed.

Known issues and coverage gaps

Bot protection: Cloudflare (AV) and reCAPTCHA (both sites) block automated form submissions. Tony’s runner can only submit if the site administrator has allowed it in those settings; blocked forms are reported as Blocked or Spam.

Austin Visuals: Cloudflare’s bot protection also blocks the site’s own WP-Cron, so AV health checks start on the first site request after the slot (usually within seconds).

Not covered: Mailchimp, Brevo, the custom Medical newsletter handler, and three AV blog pages with a placeholder newsletter URL (YOUR_SENDGRID_NEWSLETTER_URL). AV forms 4063 and 5247 have no known public placement.
